We left Williams early because there were not enough passengers to keep us seasonal work employees. We moved down to Cottonwood, AZ, which is 18 miles south of beautiful Sedona.
It was a week of celebrating our 17th anniversary. For you all that were there, can you believe it has been that long? For the both of us it has been a really blessed time, a challenging and growing time together,and mainly a loving time. We never dreamed that at the beginning we would be living the wonderful life we do now, not just any woman would be able to go through what we have been through and come out so happy.
While in Cottonwood we took every opportunity to celebrate, every good excuse.

First was our trip to Jerome – we love to go through all the shops. Most of all Judy found her anniversary gift, a necklace, she is very happy. We had a great lunch, not at the Biker Bar, (see picture) but the local Beer brewer had been changed to wine & food restaurant, still great food. Don missed the beer but the wine was very good.

The next day we visited one of the more beautiful spots,
Red Rock Crossing, 5 miles from Sedona.
We also spent part of a day going to local winery, surprises about the quality of the vine.
